  You can refere to my review of # 158 for general review. We all had a great time. Cooking ammenities were great..we boiled shrimp, cooked stir fry, even baked some pastry..had to use the BBQ @ #158 but it all worked out. Tile instead of carpet would have been nice I had to get the vacuum out twice, not what I wanted to do on vacation. Another thought, it might be nice to have the king size bed on the bottom floor so older people like us don't have to climb the stairs or drag our suitcases up..remember this review goes with the review on # 158 we loved the condos just didn't have room to write everything on one review. Please include general review from condo # 158 with this file. Thank you so much for allowing our family to share your homes.

  Very clean, beautifully furnished, excellent location, easily accomodates 5 people with good sleeping arrangements. Well accomodated kitchen. We were delighted with the condo, and would definitely return!
  (Suggestions: have more trash bags for kitchen trash can, garbage disposal did not work, upstairs air conditioning unit did not work - not a problem in December but would be in the summer. Also have an emergency FLASHLIGHT for power outages - we were without power for 12 hours the night of Dec. 26. Quilts and pillows were musty/moldy - a result of tropical climate, but laundering the quilts more often and changing the pillows more often would help allergy-prone residents. Other than that we were very happy and enjoyed our stay immensely!)

• Turtle Bay is a great all around location for swimming and sunsets. Not tons of restaurant options. We have been staying here for 30 years !

  Close to the pool, nice breeze throughout unit! Parking was close by. No wifi for the iPad! We shared barely there wifi with unit 158 West where the rest of our group stayed. Upstairs smelled very musty. . .after airing it out for a day it was okay. Collar
  on shower head broke off. Definitely not 5 star, but comfortable enough.

  The complex location and grounds are very nice. We would return to Turtle Bay Estates, but would not stay at this unit again. The beds are uncomfortable, and the unit had a moldy smell, particulary in the downstairs bedroom. Chairs on the patio have black mold on them.

  Lizard droppings in the 2nd floor bedroom. Garbage disposal didn't work. Air condition in 2nd floor bedroom didn't work. These are annoying but somewhat minor. Overall, the place was nice and comfortable. Just needs a better cleaning and some maintenance.
