  Took kids and grandkids. Rented two units side by side. The units were oerfect for every age group. Felt like home in paradise, golf course out the back door, pools all around, wonderful beaches, beautiful landscape, comfortable beds, I can go on and on. Will recommend to others.

  We rented 109 for 10 days in July. What struck me most when we arrived at the unit is that the pictures of the unit on the ETB website are an extremely accurate portrayal. The unit was neat and clean and sleeps 6 comfortably and we would definitely rent the unit again. With that said, and you are fairly warned in advance, the bathroom and kitchen sinks do have ants. While they are explained away because you are in "the tropics" something really needs to be done. It is not an infestation, or repulsive, it is just something you would rather not see. All in all, you cannot beat the value, the location at the resort and on the North Shore. My advice would be to go every chance you can

  Thank you so much for helping to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We happened upon your agency because we had originally rented from the "other" rental agency and were assigned 160 West. The unit was deplorable and their were cockroaches to greet us when we walked in the door. There were many other issues, but the straw that broke the camels back was when the refrigerator stopped working and we lost all our groceries we had bought earlier that day.
  
  Thankfully Maralyn Tilley and Susan Pantier were working in your office and heard about our experience with the other agency. They went right to work to see if they had a comparable unit for us to finish up our week. And fortunately, they had a two star, two bedroom, two bath plus loft available that needed cleaning. So within the afternoon, we were able to get a refund from the other agency and move into unit 109 West which was absolutely lovely. We are so thankful for Maralyn and Susan. We wouldn't have had such a nice vacation without them. The unit was terrific and I will look forward to renting with you again. I would like to personally thank both of these ladies for stepping up to the plate to help us make our long-awaited Hawaiian vacation an enjoyable one.

  Verrrry nice condo, clean, TV in every room (3) with plenty of space for 6 adults. Of course we had our experience with the ants, but it was our fault, we left the food out to attract them in the first place. Not a big deal. We'd repeat the stay in a second, only 5 minutes from Ted's Bakery, 12 minutes from Waimea, 20 from Haleiwa, 10 from PCC. Perfect location for the North Shore.

  Clean enough but ants all over the place and bugs upstairs. The bathtub drain and kitchen faucet needs some fixing. Linens were clean I'm sure but needs to feel and smell cleaner. Towels were kind of worn.

  We'd definitely stay there again. It was bright and clean and nice decor. Kitchen had everything you needed ... plates, utensils etc. Loved the high speed internet. Only downside is that one of the rooms, front bedroom, was musty or had a bit of mold.

  Very nice property. You will enjoy your stay guaranteed. Be aware, the kid pool changes on a weekly basis so you may have to use a different pool if traveling with kids. Not a big deal, more of a heads up.

  We would have been very satisfied but the second floor bedroom airconditioner was putting out warm air all four nights that we were there. It was not repaired before we left.
