  I just got back from Hawaii and it was a very pleasant stay at this condo. I will probably never stay at a hotel during my vacations. It was sooo nice to have a patio to have breakfast in the morning or a drink at night...Very quiet, clean and in the heart of North Shore. By the way, North Shore is my new favorite place. I was worried that Oahu would be too crowded but this place is awesome! Pristine beaches, good food, and very quiet. If you like busy places, you can get a rental and visit Waikiki, then you can come back to sanity at the North Shore. Make sure you try the shrimp from the shrimp trucks and buy fresh fruit from locals(best fruit I have ever had!)

  Everything about the condo was great, the location, architecture, cleanliness, etc. I did think mgmt could have done a much better job and been more sincerely pleasant and helpful. Water turned off without warning, etc.

    As the condo managment company, we try to do all we can to be helpful. The property management company is a different company, and we are sorry they did not warn you about the water turn-off. We're glad your vacation was wonderful otherwise!

  The condo looks even better than it does in the pictures. The view from the Lanai was very nice and relaxing. The neighbors were very friendly. Free WIFI, a complete premium cable TV package, and free local calls made us feel like we were staying in a hotel suite.
  
  It is evident that the owners paid attention to details to make our stay more enjoyable. Everything you need is at your disposal. There are several nice touches I will let you discover for yourself.
  
  Overall, we will definitely stay in this unit again in the future.

  This clean, attractive condo was just right for a relaxing break. The amenities at Turtle Bay are great for outdoor enthusiasts or just read, walk and swim. This unit was an easy walk to the shore and overlooked a pretty part of the Palmer course from the lanai. Ideal.

  I felt the property was clean, well supplied with necessities, comfortable. Loved the quiet porch. We did have to place new ant traps, though that was OK considering Hawaii, first floor, etc. Thank you for sharing your home. We had a wonderful vacation from the lodgings point of view.

  This unit was used by my daughter, her husband, and 2 children. It's located close to the parking lot on the Southeast side of Turtle Bay Resort. The unit is very beautiful with upgrades everywhere. The living room has a very comfortable murphy bed and I loved the bedroom's decor. The kitchen had a great layout with a breakfast bar. We ate in unit 109 East (right next door) because it had the table for 4. The lanai was screened in but we actually preferred the open lanai in unit 109. If my husband and I get back, we'll pick this unit because of the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and tiled floors throughout. The ocean is only about a 15 minute walk away or you can choose to drive and park at Turtle Bay Resort. The pool is very close and we did use the grill there (later we found out that there was a gas grill by the tennis courts). There was a very nice trail between the ocean and the golf course that my daughter and I would walk/run midmornings. The neighbors were super nice and the community was very quiet. The streets are well lit for walking at night. The grocery store is 15-20 minute drive. There are many local restaurants and restaurant chains around the area. The resort was quite expensive to eat at so we cooked alot in the condo to keep our costs down. The owners of the unit were very nice and helpful as were Dawn from Estates at Turtle Bay and the super sweet security guard and Cindy who came to my daughter's rescue when the door blew shut on her condo and she was locked out. I have no reservations in recommending this unit to my very best friends. You won't regret this rental!

  We arrived at night during a horrific storm, thunder, lightning and torrents of rain, thank God for GPS,...had a little difficulty finding the unit number.

  We just got back from spending 5 nights at Turtle Bay 107 East with our one and a half year old daughter and it was perfect. The condo is in great shape, and has everything you need. The digital TV was an unexpected bonus for someone who doesn't have cable back home. The back porch is great for mornings and evenings, and there's a nice lawn area out back which is great for kids, a pool right nearby, and it's close to the beach at Turtle Bay resort and the other beaches you can walk to from there. The restaurants at Turtle Bay are solid, but there's also two supermarkets about 10 minutes away, and the kitchen has everything you could need to cook great meals.

  I stayed here for 8 nights with my wife and 2 years-oid daughter. We everyday enjoyed swimming and went turtle bay in 10 min's walking from the condo.This condo was very quiet and seemed to be safety place.There were no any other Japanese people during our stay, and it's one of the reasons we chose this condo. There are some Supermarket 3-5miles away from the place. If you have a car, there are no any stress to stay there.Condo is very clean. My daughter especially loved here and behaved as our real home. We were great satisfied with this condo, and big recommendation for people who would like to stay as your home.

  Property was spacious, clean and mostly well-maintained. It's situated nicely, very close to Turtle Bay Resort and on the golf course. At Turtle Bay Resort, it has everything from horseback riding, surfing, beach, great restaurants like Ola and Leonards, and much more. At the rental, you have pools, tennis courts and bbq area to enjoy. There's a Food Source to go do some grocery shopping for your stay if you want to cook in the condo. Also, there a a couple local restaurants if you don't want to eat at the resort. It took quite some time to check-in (followed late check-in procedures) because the person wasn't available to pick up keys. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the internet and tv were not in working order. Property management was very expedient in responding but unable to produce an immediate resolution because it was an outside service provider. So we had to do without it for 1/2 of our stay. The screen in the sitting area was also broken (probably from a golf ball or something) but still a nice place to relax. Communication from owner and property management was excellent, it was expedient and very informative (esp. owner). If everything was in working order, I would have rated it higher. Overall, would recommend to stay to others contingent on everything works.

  It is a great spot for a North Shore experience. The condo is clean and contains everything we needed. The lanai opens up to a back yard overlooking the golf course. It is a 10 minute walk (or shorter drive) to the beach and the resort. A great place for kids too!

  Nice furniture and patio, newer appliances. The big turnoff for us were roaches. Little roachtraps all over hidden the place will not solve the problem. Exterminator service is needed!
