The moment I walked into our condo I felt like we were home. It was very clean and everything was there for us. Beach towels, masks, bellyboard, beach chairs and even a cooler to take with us. It felt like home to me and I am suggesting this condo to my family who will be visiting next year. Management was really great! No problems at all.

A few minor things were not working, very clean and would definitely recommend this again for ourselves and anyone else. It would have been nice to have the dead bolt key to double lock the door when leaving the unit, not just for locking yourself in.

We loved our stay. It could have been improved with a better check-in process. When we arrived on Sunday, the instructions for entering were incorrect, and we could not get the guard to answer our "emergency" call. Finally a resident let us in -- not so secure!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Usually you don't think of spending much time indoors when you are in Hawaii, however, since it rained daily during our stay, we were so grateful to have a comfortable place to get out of the rain. I would stay here again and I feel comfortable recommending it to others.

This is a recently rennovated unit, so everying this is in great shape and clean. The loft was great for the kids. The hotel ameneties are close enough to walk. My only complaint would be the pools which were being rennovated, so we were down to one, and one was always restricted to adults only. The pools are small, but good enough for a quick dip and also great for the kids. It is about an hour (plus - depending on traffic) to get to Honolulu. If I were to do it again, I would avoid this travel by spending a couple of days IN Honolulu, and then stay for the rest of my time at the the North Shore. It's quiet, but beautiful!
