  This was a great condo experience. It was very quiet for the most part. It wasn't fancy, but nice enough. No a/c, no problem, the ceiling fans made it cool enough. We enjoyed the pool. The only annoying thing was constant helicopters flying overhead doing tours, but it would have been the same anywhere near Turtle Bay. There are a lot of places to eat not far away & they all had great food that was reasonable. (not The Turtle Bay Resort though)

  Very good location with the "wild" coastline and convenient access to the North and East shores. Thanks for keeping your coastline wild and Kulima Cove undeveloped for the turtles! That is a big calling card for now as well as the future.

  We love Kuilima Estates. This was our 4th time, 3 with Cooks, but this time we were much more happy. We are seniors so it's quiet enough for us. We love the beach, lots of shade, water not too choppy because of it being a bay. Watching the surfers is fun & also the giant sea turtles, awesome. One thing that is not good is that The Turtle Bay Hotel will not permit the people from Kuilima to use their beach chairs, so we did buy 2 as the unit did not have any. The restaurant on the beach called OLA is great. If you are looking for a nice place, not luxurious, but comfortable, we do recommend Kuilima & we would come back. It would be nice, though, if the Estate would let us use the adult pool on the West side, especially for us seniors.

  This is our 5th year vacationing in Hawaii. The last 4 we have stayed in the condos at Turtle Bay. We absolutely love it there, with the gated community and the great beach at Turtle Bay. This condo had good furnishings, but not alot of extras. It was a little musty, like it is not used alot. But it was well worth the price we paid for a week stay. Can't wait to come back next year!!
