Had a nice time there. Kitchen is great with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. Also love the multi-Glide sliding patio door that really opens up the place. (patio is netted in so no worries about the bugs). Also you can walk right across the golf course to Lei Lei's.....very good restaurant. TV is small and slow connectivity, but very happy with place overall.
First stay at the Estates was in the early 1980's and have been there many times since . The grounds and the units are very well maintained and if you are a fan of the North Shore this is a great place to stay .
There was a problem with the living room fan, made terrible noise until we got it to low gear. Needs maintenance. Also, the instructions to get into the gate and the code were not sent to us until the the day before. It made me nervous. Maybe tell people in the instructions that were sent after the reservation was made that an email will be sent the day before they are to arrive giving them the code to the gate and door code.
